    Description

    Antique Jefferson Custard Glass Diamond with Peg Pitcher w Hand Painted Rose
    Measurements:  4 7/8" high (at highest point) x 3 1/2" handle to spout x 2 1/2" bottom diameter.
    Color: Custard with gold trim and hand painted floral decoration.
    Pattern: This pattern was originally made by McKee before 1900. In custard glass this pattern was made exclusively by Jefferson.  The pattern is found predominately in souvenir items.  Non-souvenir Diamond with Peg is hard to find.  (Reference: "Custard Glass from A to Z" by William Heacock.)
    Marking: The pitcher is unmarked.

    This Diamond with Peg custard glass pitcher is in very good condition.  There are no chips, fleabites, cracks or discoloration.  There is some wear on the gold.  Please look at the photos.
